Frequently asked questions

How do I connect my Google account?

When you first sign in to Atona, you'll be prompted to connect your Google account. You can grant access to Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.

How do I disconnect my accounts?

You can disconnect any linked account from within the Atona app under Settings. For Google specifically, you can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page. When disconnected, all cached data is deleted within 30 days.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use encryption at rest and in transit, and sensitive content (bank statements, medical records, legal documents) is classified and excluded from AI processing. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, email support@atona.ai from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion.

What platforms is Atona available on?

Atona is currently available on iOS. We communicate with you via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and voice — so you can interact with Atona from any device.
